Jennings had a perfect career – fast growth to a senior manager title, respect from peers and of course, a good pay package. But sadly, she went through a mid-career crisis when ‘low motivation’ days became the new norm. She got into a whirlwind of compelling questions – Is this what I want to do? Is this the right place for me? In addition, she accumulated a truckload of negativity against her boss, her team and peers.
